ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 329(3), 132, 351(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.444 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 27.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32440 of 2025 on the following reasons: "5. Considering the nature of the offences and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
