Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2017 by inspecting the defective meter of service connection No.165-001-803 at the premises bearing Door No.24/1, Harrington Road, Chetput, Chennai 600 031 and replacing the same by new meter.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by Mr.G.Bharadwaj seeking a mandamus to the respondent to dispose his representation dated 29.7.2017 by inspecting the defective meter of service connection No.165-001-803 at the premises bearing Door No.24/1, Harrington Road, Chetput, Chennai 600 031 and replacing the same by new meter.

2. When the matter was taken up, Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer of the petitioner has been considered positively.

3. Recording his statement, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
