Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the order dated 03.10.2005 passed in Appeal No.1 of 2005 by the first respondent herein and to quash the same. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the order dated 03.10.2005 passed in Appeal No.1 of 2005 by the first respondent herein and to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
