(ii) to grant an interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order of the Respondent in TIN.No.33671351806/201314 dated 30.12.2016 in WMP.No.4572/17 pending disposal of the above Writ Petition 4380/17 respectively.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- Post the matter after vacation for filing counter.
In the meantime, the respondent is directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner.
