Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation 25.01.2020.

ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking consideration of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2020. After giving representation on 25.01.2020, which is Saturday on the next Tuesday, the writ petitioner had
filed the same represenatation into the Court. It is simply not possible for the respondent to examine the concerned affidavit herein.
2. The nature of relief relates to possession of shops, in Plot.No.E/360, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Madras-8. The present address is No.350-B, Panthean road, Egmore, Chennai Corporation Ward-61, Chennai- 600 008. The petitioner claims that he has been running the shop from the year 1975. 3.Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondent and stated that as early as 12.12.2017, a specific notice had been issued to the petitioner asking him to vacate the premises. Similar notice has been issued to all the shop owners in that areas. The petitioner has not bothered to reply to the notice.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader states that some of the shop owners have issued reply. Orders have been passed by this Court, seeking consideration of such reply. The petitioner had given a representation only on 25.01.2020. At any rate the 3rd respondent namely Executive Engineer Public works Department, Chepauk Chennai-60 050 is directed to examine the representation and pass orders on the same on or before 12.02.2020. Till then the Status quo extended. 4.With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
