This Writ petition has been filed challenging the award dated 04.01.2022 passed in I.D.No.180 of 2012 by the II Additional Labour 1/3

Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this Writ petition, the matter was amicably settled in between the parties and a Memorandum of Settlement Agreement dated 17.02.2025 has also been filed to that effect before this Court today.

3. Recording the above said Memorandum of Settlement Agreement dated 17.02.2025 filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stand disposed of. The said Memorandum of Settlement Agreement dated 17.02.2025 shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs.
