ORDER
The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of investigation.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint given by one J.K.K.Vijayakumar, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.690 of 2021. In the meantime, the said Vijayakumar has approached the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambatur under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C./175 of BNSS and the learned Magistrate had directed the first respondent police to conduct enquiry. Based on the directions of the Court, summons had been issued to the petitioner to appear for the enquiry and other than that the first respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal original petition stands closed. 30-01-2026 MRN
