ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in S.C.No.109 of 2010 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri and quash the same.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from one Mr.Kumar, SubInspector of Police, 'Q' Branch, submitted that the trial Court has already examined four witnesses.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand disputed the same.

4. Nevertheless, I do not find any reason to disbelieve the version of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who has made his submission based on the instructions from the investigating officer. This Court is not inclined to interfere https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the proceedings in S.C.No.109 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, wherein four witnesses have already been examined.
