Respondent(s) PRAYER in WP No. 16057 of 2015 : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the impugned Advertisement Nos.426/26.4.2015, 427/26.4.2015, 428/26.4.2015, 429/26.4.2015, 430/26.4.2015, 431/26.4.2015, and 432/26.4.2015 of the 3rd respondent published in the Vernacular Daily, Thinathanthi in its issue dated 26.04.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent University to to notify the vacancies afresh in accordance with the section 33 of the person with Disabilities Act 1995 and the Government Orders on Reservation of Posts, Qualifications, Age Limit, Marks relaxation for appointment for the persons with Disabilities within a time frame fixed by this Court. 19507 of 2015: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the impugned Advertisement No. TVU/R/2015/926 dated 19.06.2015 of the 3rd respondent published in the Vernacular Daily, Thinathanthi in its issue dated 19.06.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent University to notify the Vacancies afresh strictly in accordance with Section 33 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act 1995 and the Government Orders on Reservation of Posts, Qualifications, Age Limit, Marks relaxation for Appointment for the persons with disabilities within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Recording the said submission, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are also closed.
