The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 366A of IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act in Crime No.294 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that the victim child who is minor was rescued by the respondent after about 3 days. She went missing when she was going out for School. She was found with the petitioner herein at his uncle's house. The statement of the victim had been recorded under Section 164(5) of Cr.P.C. Investigation is yet to be done.

3. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
