JUDGMENT

(delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) The instant writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned single Judge dated 06 November 2015 made in W.P.No.17293 of 2015.

2.Today, when the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition itself and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect: "On instructions from client, counsel appearing for petitioner in the writ petition seeks permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the W.P.No.17293 of 2015."

3.Learned counsel appearing for the appellants has no objection for the respondent/writ petitioner withdrawing the writ petition. Hence the writ petition in W.P.No.17293 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
