This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order of this Court in W.P.No.3999 of 2017 dated 13.03.2017.

Mr. Santhana Raman, learned Additional Government Pleader (Forests) would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 13.03.2017, final orders have been passed by the respondent in proceedings Na.Ka. No. 1200/2017/L dated 13.09.2017 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner.
