JUDGMENT

In the last hearing i.e, on 18.09.2019, there was no representation for the appellants. The learned counsel for the respondent filed a memo stating that the sole respondent died on 07.03.2015 and the list of the LRs also mentioned in the said memo. Hence, the matter has been posted today for taking steps to implead the LRs of the sole respondent. Today also, no representation for the appellants.

2. Since already the limitation for taking steps to implead the LRs expired, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
