Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct the investigation in a fair and proper manner or change the investigation to any other agency and consequently direct the 4th respondent to secure the Drilling rig

Vehicle bearing registration No.KA.01 MN 5797, Chassis No.MB1CTCFD6GECV0626, Engine No.GCEZ409337 and the support vehicle bearing registration No.KA 01 AD 4447, Chassis No.ZVR 215067, Engine No.ZVH241053 from the illegal custody of the accused and follow the procedure as contemplated in the Code of Criminal Procedure and permit the petitioner to file necessary petition before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1 at Sankari to enable the petitioner to get the custody of the vehicles. ORDER
