2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the fact that the order passed in W.P.No.25607 of 2025, filed by the 4th respondent herein, has been challenged in W.A.No.167 of 2026 and the order of the learned Single Judge has been stayed by order dated 27.01.2026, the very basis of the present impugned proceedings no longer survives for consideration before this Court.
