Heard Mr.S.Vediappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Arulmozhimaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 28.03.2018 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner on 12.03.2018.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the present Contempt petition stands closed. Since there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the closure report dated 28.03.2018 in accordance with law, if she chooses to do so.
