ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned Candidates selected provisionally for appointment list published on 24.01.2024 of Notification No.09/ 2023 dated 12.04.2023 for Post Assistant Jailor in Prison and Correctional Service Department included in the Tamil Nadu Subordinate Service quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the respondent to publish the final answer key and copy of Petitioners CBT response sheet, Mouse Activity and appoint the petitioner based on the marks secured if petitioners comes under Zone of consideration for Notification No.09/2023 dated 12.04.2023 by considering Petitioners representation on 16.10.2023 within the time stipulated.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner applied for the post of Assistant Jailor in Prison and correctional service online and successfully completed the examination and thereafter, the respondent published the exam result 14.09.2023, in which, he has not satisified as he has prepared more than three years for the examination. On 19.10.2023, TNPSC published online certificate verification list but, on 06.01.2024, the petitioner was not selected for counselling for the above said post. Aggrieved

by the same, the petitioner sent a representation to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission for publishing final answer key and the same was not done thereby, the present writ petition filed challenging the list published on 24.01.2024 and consequential notification dated 12.04.2023 on the ground of non-publishing the final list..

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the final list was published on 28.02.2024 and same was communicated to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 02-12-2025 kkn Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
