This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.254 of 2022 filed by the respondent/husband from the Page No. 1 of 4

Family Court, Tiruvallur to the Sub Court, Arakonam and to try along with H.M.O.P.No.177 of 2022 filed by the petitioner/wife before the Sub Court, Arakonam.

2. Both the counsels are present. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have no objections to transfer H.M.O.P.No.254 of 2022 filed by the respondent/husband from the Family Court, Tiruvallur to the Sub Court, Arakonam.

3. Recording the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The Sub Court, Arakonam shall try and dispose both H.M.O.P.No.177 of 2022 filed by the petitioner/wife and H.M.O.P.No.254 of 2022 filed by the respondent/husband, as expeditiously as possible. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
