This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the sureties before the Additional Mahila Court, Salem, as per the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13592 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.17285 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time to execute sureties before the Additional Mahila Court, Salem imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13592 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.17285 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousands only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Salem. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
