ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN J.) The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order of enquiry notice in Na.Ka.No. 2658/ 2020/ A1, dated 07.01.2026.

2. Any writ against the enquiry notice is not maintainable, unless such notice is issued by an incompetent authority. Apart from that, while looking at the enquiry notice, petitioner was directed to appear before the authority on 09.01.2026. Therefore, now we are in 05.02.2026. Therefore, the very prayer sought for becomes infructuous.

3. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, is also pending.
