Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time by one month to comply with the order of direction of this Honble Court made in Crl.M.P.No.8111 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.376 of 2017 dated 22.07.2017 on the file of this Honble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PALANIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C. IYYAPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is for seeking extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 21.07.2017.
2. This Court by the said order, while suspending the sentence imposed against the petitioner, has imposed the condition that the petitioner should executed a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of Fast Track Mahila Court, Perambalur within a period of two weeks from the date of that order i.e, 21.07.2017.
3. Mr.M.Palanimuthu learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though two weeks time was given, the petitioner was able to receive the certified copy of the order only on 03.08.2017, therefore, the two weeks time was almost over, except a day or two, the petitioner could not comply with
the said order passed by this Court and hence the present petition.
4. Heard Mr.M.Palanimuthu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.C.Iyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
5. Considering the said facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is permitted to comply with the said order dated 21.07.2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
