The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.07.2020 for the alleged offence under Sections 8 (c ), 20(b),(i)(c), 25 & 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.1 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking bail before this Court. This earlier petition filed in Crl.O.P.No.451 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court only on 12.01.2023 and there is no change in circumstances.

3.Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
