O R D E R

Mr. G.K. Muthukumar, Learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that the enquiry has been fixed on the appeal dated 10.01.2020 filed by the Petitioner, at 3.00 p.m. on 14.02.2020 before the First Respondent.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. The First Respondent shall ensure that there is atleast one effective hearing showing progress of the matter. After affording full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, the First Respondent shall consider each of the contentions raised by the parties and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law, and shall communicate the decision taken to them under written acknowledgment and a report of such compliance shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 31.08.2020. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
