This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.10832 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10308 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court For Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the evidence of the victim child is examined and cross-examined quite apart from Court hearing dates and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.
