This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.05.2008 made by the petitioner with regard to the Granite Conservation and Development Rules, 1999 and also the existing policy of the Government of India, Ministry of Mines, for the implementation of its policy through State Governments uniformly all over India.
2.When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the appropriate authority for appropriate remedy as regards the issue raised in the writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
