JUDGMENT

Earlier on 08.04.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant, hence the matter was directed to be listed by this court under the caption 'for dismissal' on 22.04.2021. Thereafter, on 08.06.2023, when the matter was listed, again there was no representation for the appellant and again the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 15.06.2023. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant, either in person or through counsel. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
