This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.31495 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police, everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.31495 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
