ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to conduct enquiry and issue Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.86, measuring an extent of 9 cents, situated at Andivattam, Achamangalam Village, Thirupattur Taluk, Vellore District, within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. On the application submitted by the petitioner for issuance of Patta before the second respondent, the same was enquired by the second respondent on 27.02.2020. On the said enquiry, it was found that the petitioner and his brothers, have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
no document to claim Patta for the subject property comprised in S.No.86, ad-measuring of an extent of 9 cents, situated at Andivattam, Achamangalam Village, Thirupattur Taluk, Vellore District, whereas, the subject land comprised in S.No.86 had been sub-divided as S.Nos.86/2A, 86/2B and 86/2C standing in the name of C.Periyasami, C.Chinnathambi and P.Alliyammal respectively. Therefore, the petitioner's claim was rejected by the second respondent, by order dated 05.03.2020 itself. Therefore, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits. 3.In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
