This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to attend the said oral test on 25.01.2019 (forenoon), which is the last scheduled date for the said oral test and further recruitment process in respect of the recruitment for the posts included n Combined Civil Services - I (Group-I), as declared under Notification No.19/2016 dated 09.11.2016.
PRAYER in W.P.No.2083 of 2019:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the action of the respondent in orally rejecting the claim of the petitioner and not permitting her to attend the oral test on 22.01.2019 and the further selection process in respect of the recruitment for the posts included in Combined Civil Services - I (Group -I), as declared under Notification No.19/2016 dated 09.11.2016, as illegal, void, unlawful and unconstitutional. C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.V.T.Gopalan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission made a submission that in the ensuing interview, the case of the petitioner would be considered afresh and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the interview and no inference will be drawn in respect of the allegations raised by both parties.
2. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, these writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
