ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case is now at the stage of examination of the Investigating Officer in Special C.C.No.37 of 2016 pending on the file of the Mahila Court, Namakkal.

2. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition and there shall be a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in Special C.C No.37 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
