Prayer in W.P.No.21594 of 2009: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent from effecting any name transfer in respect of the electricity service connection bearing No. S.C.9 situated and meant for the agriculture land comprised in S.F.No.129/1 situated at Sirukadambur Village, Gingee and extent of 2.70 Acres owned by the petitioner from the name of the petitioner to the name of the second respondent or in some others name.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petitions the Tashsildar has conducted an enquiry and thereafter issued patta in favour of the petitioner.
4.From the foregoing reasons, nothing survives for further adjudication in this present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
