This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner(s) in para No.7(B) in Crl.O.P.No.28015 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06:30 p.m., for a period of one month and the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner(s) has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28015 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
