This petition is filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 7 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent in the above appeals.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.1342 of 2005 and list the matter for final hearing after two weeks.
