..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2009 and direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to forthwith release the prompt payments lying in the Escro A/c. to the petitioner herein.

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider his representation dated 22.04.2009 and to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to forthwith release the prompt payments lying in the Escro A/c.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing of this Writ Petition, the respondents 2 and 3 have released the funds to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become has become infrucutous.
