(CRIME NO.550 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate instead of the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.517/2020 order dated 19.01.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.RAJENDIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate instead of the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.517 of 2020 dated 19.01.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. This Court has earlier granted bail to the petitioner on the condition that he report before the respondent police daily. It is alleged that when the petitioner appeared before the respondent police they harassed him. Therefore he seeks modification of the condition as stated above.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to report before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate instead of the respondent police on all working days until further orders.
