2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that, on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.72 of 2014, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) 4/w 3(i)(x) of SC/ST Act, has been registered by the respondent Police.
