As the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2024 to cancel the Patta No.9172 issued in favour of M.Narayanamoorthy, 4th respondent herein, Patta No.9474 issued in favour of Mrs.Divya, 6th respondent herein, and Patta No.9410 issued in favour of P.Subramani, 5th respondent herein, for the properties situated at Kadali Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District.. has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the counsels on either side.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2024, within a period of five (5) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
