2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.

3. Since the assessment now made has resulted in enhancement of the original assessment, the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the final assessment under Notice No.10 Final Assessment dated 27.02.2024.

4. Liberty as sought for is granted, to be exercised in accordance with law. No costs.
