JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J) This Writ Appeal has been filed to set aside the order passed in W.P.No.15573 of 2009, dated 26.11.2009.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the appellant that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Appeal, the appellant federation has taken a policy decision to adopt the provisions of ESI Act and avail the amnesty scheme thereunder.

3. In the light of the above development, no further adjudication required in this Writ Appeal and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs.
