CRIME NO.1919/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner has to sign before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. in Crl.O.P.No.19100/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.GEETHA RANI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19100 of 2020, dated 21.01.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19100 of 2020, dated 21.01.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday @ 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
