PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with the impugned order of promotion passed by the 2nd respondent in Proc.No.1741/2010/M2 dated 12.11.2010 and quash the order passed therein in respect of the respondents 4 and 5 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner by including his name in the panel and promote him along with others from the date of the original promotion order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 12.11.2010 with all other attendant service and other monetary benefits. The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records connected with the impugned order of promotion passed by the 2nd respondent in Proc.No.1741/2010/M2 dated 12.11.2010 and quash the order passed therein in respect of the respondents 4 and 5 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner by including his name in the panel and promote him along with others from the date of the original promotion order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 12.11.2010 with all other attendant service and other monetary benefits.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
3. Permission granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
