Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned official liquidator that the Company was dissolved on 10.06.2022. She has also produced the order of this Court dated 10.06.2022, made in A.No.193 of 2022 in C.P.No.205 of 2012.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Application. Hence, this Application stands closed.
