O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petitions is to issue a writ of Prohibition, to prohibit the first respondent/Labour Court from proceeding further in any manner with I.D.No.73, 272 to 278 of 2007 on its file. 2.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner/Management made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petitions, the industrial disputes itself were dismissed by the Labour Court. Therefore, the cause arouse for filing of the present writ petitions do not exists as of now. Thus, the writ petitions stand disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
