When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that subsequent to the filing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this writ petition, the compensation amount payable to the petitioners has been deposited to the Sub Court, Kancheepuram and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. In support of the said submission, he has produced a Receipt bearing No.637671, dated 10.09.2009 issued by the Sub Court, Kancheepuram.

2. Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2, which has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the parties to approach the Civil Court concerned for appropriate relief.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
