PRAYER in W.P.No.4381 of 2017.: Writ Petitions has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issuance new family card to the petitioner, viz., S.Senthil son of Sellamuthu residing at North Kattukotti, Rayappanur Village, Melnariyappur Post, Chinnaselam Taluk, Villupuram Distict in purusant to the applications dated 01.09.2016 in Appln.No.468/16 as well as respresentation dated 16.11.2016 and pass orders on the same within a reasonable time.

PRAYER in W.P.No.4382 of 2017.: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issuance new family card to the petitioner, viz., C.Perumal son of Chinnu residing at Amman Nagar, Rayappanur Village, Melnariyappur Post, Chinnasalam Taluk, Villupuram District in pursuant to the applications dated 29.08.2012 in Application No.725 of 2012 as well as representation dated 18.01.2017 and pass orders on the same within a reasonable time.

In view of the limited prayer sought for in these writ petitions and without going into the merits of the case, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 16.11.2017 and 18.01.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
