C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent Municipality Mr.P.Srinivas, made a submission before this Court that during the pendency of all the Writ Petitions, the Government issued an order rejecting the appeal filed by the Association of Traders and accordingly, the entire market has been closed.
2. In view of the fact that, no shops are now functioning in that locality, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in these Writ Petitions.
