The petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent, has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to transfer the Original Petition in O.P.No.4912 of 2019 pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee.
2.Poonamallee is very nearer to Chennai and the petitioner has not made out a case for transferring the Original Petition pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the Sub Court, Poonamallee. Therefore, I am not inclined to transfer the O.P.No.4912 of 2019 pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee.
