PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant provisional affiliation to the petitioner college viz. KSR Institute of Dental Science and Research, Thiruchengode, Namakkal District, for the admission of 60 students instead of 40 students for the academic year 2006-07 as was granted for the academic year 2004-05, 2005-06 in the BDS course.
