Heard Mr.Vijay Narayan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned Senior Counsel would bring to the notice of this Court the order dated 21.12.2024 and point out that the direction issued to the respondent https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis to pay Rs.75 Crores on or before 17.02.2025. Learned Senior Counsel would

P.B.BALAJI,J., sr submit that the amounts have been inadvertently mentioned as Rs.75 Crores and Rs.25 Crores instead of 75% of the award amount and furnish security for 25%.

3. The order passed on 21.12.2024 is fresh in my memory and using my discretion, I directed the applicant in A.No.4619 of 2024 to specifically deposit a sum of Rs.75 Crores of the Award amount to the credit of Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.358 of 2024 and furnish security for Rs.25 crores.

4. There is no typographical error in the order. I do not find any ground to review the order passed on 21.12.2024.
