ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16735 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24793 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 that the petitioners 1 and 3 shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly for the past two months.

4. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioners in paragraph 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.24793 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 and subsequently modified vide its order dated 28.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.16735 of 2024 is totally relaxed.
